WHAT IS PERMANENT MAKEUP?
Permanent Makeup is the art of implanting pigment into the dermal layer of skin using a tattoo machine or a manual hand tool to shape and add color to the brows, eyeliner and lips. Permanent Makeup is often referred to as “tattooing”, or “micro pigmentation”. Permanent makeup is a great option for women with sparse eyebrows, lashes and thin or pale lips.

She is certified by and is a lifetime member of the internationally recognized Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (www.spcp.org) and abides by it’s strict code of ethics and standards.
